A letter from Al-Ghāzī Ibrahīm Majaa Uthama Fandiyaar to settle a claim for land withheld from ‘Alī Kaleyfaanu, the son of Dhunburugudhuge Faathumaa Fulhu. ‘Alī Kalefaanu’s grandmother, Thoddoo Samppaa Kanbuloa Faanu, bought a piece of land, for 8 kotteyy pf cowries and 4 mulhi of rice, which was intended for the son of Mūsā Fulhu Dhubururikoi, a cousin of ‘Alī Kaleyfaanu. However after Ḥasan Dhunburikoi passed away his mother withheld the land from ‘Alī Kaleyfaanu. The matter was investigated and witness was provided by Loafindu Ahammaa Thaturufaanu, Bandu 'Īsā Thakurufaanu, and Kalhu-oikoi. All three witnesses authenticated ‘Alī Kaleyfaanu’s claim.
