A letter by Āmīn Dīdī to the person in charge of looking after state owned un-inhabitated islands and the people who have leased land on them. The letter instructs on the harvest toddy, fruits, vegetables, and timber, as well as requirements to keep the island clean and healthy, and to kill rodents. They must also submit a tally of how many rats are killed every four months and notify the government in Malé of all activities carried out as part of the requirement to keep the leased land productive. They must also pay their annual leases on time. No foriegn timber of any kind cannot be planted without permission. The leasing payment can be fulfilled by selling local timber to other islands in need of timber. People who do not pay the lease will have their rights revoked and the lease amount they owe would be assessed by the Finance Ministry.
