Ealry Printed circular, signed and stamped with a seal in purple ink at the top right corner of a Royal Decree issued in response to 'disasters' (muṣibāt) facing the country. The Sultan calls for people to be more fervent in their devotions and urging better public hygeine to precent further spread of the disease. It is stored rolled into a bamboo tube (HAF-DID-4-SO1) together with HAF-DID-4-MS18 and MS20.
