MAHS Indonesia Country Coordinator
Sofiani Sabarina Nursalmah is Architect for the MAHS Indonesia Field Survey Team. She graduated from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) with a thesis designing a 3-star hotel in Bengkulu City oriented toward the preservation of local culture. During college, she participated in writing and research about hospitality and heritage buildings. She has written about social interaction in boarding houses, backpacker behavior & lodging design, and determining the cultural significance of Cipari Mosque, one of the heritage buildings in Garut. Prior to joining the MAHS, she was an architectural designer for an architectural firm in Jakarta.
