MAHS Thailand Field Team Member
Samrach Thor is the architect for MAHS Thailand. He is a Cambodian Master’s student studying Vernacular Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, Silapakorn University.
He studied Architecture and Urban Planning at Norton university in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia in 2019. His internships involved working on the Chan Chha Ya temple in The Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, and at Sombor Prei Kuk temple in Kampong Thom Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. He worked as a research assistant working on conservation projects on Samutsongkram and Rattanakosin in 2021. He has experience working in several archaeological sites and heritage restoration sites both in Cambodia and Thailand.
