Gualbertus Lusio Pera Ndate is a documentary photographer with experience in visually documenting the rich cultures of East Nusa Tenggara province in Indonesia.

Before joining the Maritime Asian Heritage Survey (MAHS), he earned a B.A. from Widya Mandira Catholic University at Kupang in 2022, and had been involved in several community projects, including the Merekam Kota Digital Photo Archive and the Flobamora Film Festival, where he contributed to both technical and artistic aspects. He has a particular interest in the preservation of cultural heritage, natural landscapes, and local community narratives through photography, as well as in the use of visual arts as an educational medium in relation to social and environmental issues.
