The first section of this document is illegible. Subsequent sections stipulate that: 2.coconut palms and household items can only be sold with the permission of the Atoll Council; 3. Price-controlled items can be bought and sold only at officially set rates; 4. Any selling of goods from small boats or small businesses can only be done with a permit and fixed manifest of stock; 5. No fish can be sold on credit unless there is no other option - in which cases that can be done with the permission of the Atoll Council; 6. A stack of braided thatch can only brought to the staple goods shop if it is 3 rolls wide and 32 braids long; 7. The selling of sugar and coconuts can only be done at prices set by the Atoll Council. The trading of sugar on credit is declared to be unacceptable.
