A single damaged sheet of paper found at the Bodu Thakurufan Memorial Centre among a stack of other manuscripts. The paper has been split into two parts and each side of the paper shows traces of burning. Black ink is used for the main text. There is a stamp on the top left side on the first page and on the bottom left and right side of the second page. The heading of the page is, "shāfi'ān li'l-mudhnibīna". Traditionally, this prayer is read upon the cccasion of a child first completing a recitation of the entire text of the Qur'ān (khatm Qur'ān).
